Refund Policy

We hope you love your treats as much as we loved making them. However, due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, we have the following policies in place:

REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on edible goods unless there is an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

CANCELLATIONS

Custom orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After that, ingredients and supplies may already be in use and we cannot issue a refund.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.
