• Custom cookie orders must be paid in full before your order is reserved. We recommend submitting your request two to three weeks in advance, even earlier. If you need decorated cookies sooner, check out our Rush Order option which require a one-week lead time.​

• Individual packaging is included in the price. We use clear cellophane bags and heat-seal them, adhering our ingredient label to the back. Gift box packaging is also available as well as other options that you can add in Add-ons.

• Custom Pricing: Prices may vary depending on several factors, such as:

  • The complexity and number of designs included

  • Additional details or special customizations

• Important: Please note that each order is unique and is quoted individually based on the factors above.

• Sending a request for a price quote does not reserve your date or confirm your order. Your order will only be confirmed only after your invoice has been paid. Once a particular date has filled up, no more orders will be taken for that date, even if it's a month+ in advance.

• The more information we have at the beginning of the ordering process, the faster we can give you an accurate price quote. Please be thorough when filling out the inquiry form.
