  • How long does it take to process and ship my order?
    Production takes between 5 and 14 business days, depending on our current order volume. Once ready, shipping usually takes 2 to 4 business days, depending on the carrier. Shipping times are determined by the carrier and are beyond our control.
  • Can I request a custom order?
    Yes, we offer customization for our cookies and chocolate-covered treats, including cake pops, Rice Krispies, pretzels, chocolate-covered Oreos, cakesicles, and chocolate-covered marshmallows. Please enter all your request details in the “Request” section so we can provide an accurate quote.
  • Can I order a different quantity than what is listed in the store?
    Yes, we can adjust the quantity based on your needs. Contact us to customize your order.
  • How far in advance should I place my order?
    You can place your order up to three months in advance to ensure availability and allow for proper production time.
  • Do you accept cancellations?
    We do not accept cancellations because each order is handmade and customized specifically for each customer. Once we confirm an order, we allocate time and resources to its production, meaning we stop accepting new orders once we reach our capacity. For this reason, we cannot cancel or refund orders once they have been placed.
  • What if my order arrives later than expected?
    While delays are uncommon, we always strive to ship orders with enough time in advance. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Weather conditions and logistical issues may affect delivery times.
  • What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
    We do not provide refunds for damages that occur during shipping, as all our products leave our facility in perfect condition and are carefully packaged. If your package arrives damaged, it may have been mishandled by the carrier. In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours (or as soon as possible) with clear photos of the package and affected products. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and guide you through the necessary steps.
  • Do you offer express shipping?
    If you need your order urgently, express shipping must be requested within a timeframe that allows for production. If you do not see the express shipping option at checkout, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
  • Are the personalized cookies individually wrapped?
    Yes, all our personalized cookies are individually wrapped in cellophane bags to ensure freshness and presentation.
  • Are the chocolate-covered treats individually wrapped?
    No, our chocolate-covered treats (cake pops, Rice Krispies, pretzels, Oreos, cakesicles, and chocolate-covered marshmallows) are not individually wrapped by default. However, we offer individual wrapping as an add-on for an additional cost. Contact us if you would like to include this option in your order.
  • How should I store the cookies and chocolate-covered treats?
    Decorated Cookies: Keep them in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and humidity. Do not refrigerate, as moisture can affect the icing. We recommend keeping them in their original packaging to maintain freshness. Chocolate-Covered Treats (cake pops, Rice Krispies, pretzels, Oreos, cakesicles, chocolate-covered marshmallows): Store them in a cool place, away from heat or direct sunlight. They can be refrigerated, but not for an extended period. Follow the specific instructions included with your order.
  • How long do the products stay fresh?
    Decorated cookies: Stay fresh for 2 to 3 weeks in their original packaging. Chocolate-covered treats: Stay fresh for about 1 to 2 weeks, depending on storage conditions.
  • Do your products contain allergens?
    Our sugar cookies do not contain nuts, but they are made in a kitchen where nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs may be present. If you have any allergies, please contact us before placing an order.
  • Do you accept large orders for events or corporate gifts?
    Yes, we accommodate large orders for weddings, baptisms, birthdays, and corporate events. Contact us with the details so we can provide a quote and check availability.
  • Can you include logos on cookies for corporate events?
    Yes, we offer customization with edible logos for businesses and special events. Contact us for more information about the process and pricing.
